    All new members can make their binder payments through the normal channels:

    • After the completion of their application through healthcare.gov
    • Online by visiting medica.com/payments
    • One- time payment by phone calling 1-866-394-6877 (TTY: 711)
    • By mailing a check to P.O. Box 856523 Minneapolis, MN 55485-6523
    • Complete the Premium Payment Options form and upload it in our broker portal.
